Shut down

The site is having some problems, this site will be shut down for a while starting 1:35 Penguin Standard time and 4:35 in Hong Kong, China. We're having these following problems right now:
Features fail (just some)
IPT is disconnect and not working
MOQ is having problems
NASG has a big problem right now
LGY is getting some working out right now
Maintance is caused

This is all! Support manager, maintance manager, tech manager, site manager, site co-manager, NASG team, NASG manager, orangizer manager, Heather, and me are going to work out the site while those problems are caused. Thanks!
